Markus Alder is an attorney-at-law and has been a Partner with Thouvenin Rechtsanwälte since 2012. He specializes in corporate and commercial, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital as well as insolvency and restructurings.

He advises his clients with regard to the incorporation of companies in Switzerland, the drafting and negotiating of agreements and concerning the complex questions that may arise in the context of the acquisition or sale of a company.

Markus Alder has also considerable expertise in employment law matters and the relocation of companies to Switzerland (including the obtaining of work and residence permits).
